A nationally recognized multi-family office with five locations is interested in hiring two Senior Relationship Managers with excellent sales skills, one for a Washington D.C. office, and another for a NYC office.
These professionals will be given a small number of accounts/relationships to manage to start. They will be expected grow their books through both company and client referrals, and via direct sales efforts. Administrative and client service support will be provided. The typical client exceeds $25million in assets under management.
The desired skills and experience include a minimum of 15 years providing investment management/capital markets, wealth planning and sophisticated financial solutions to ultra high new worth individuals, families, and foundations. Excellent client service and demonstrated sales achievement are both essential for success.
The compensation will include a base salary and a first year guarantee bonus. The first year’s target compensation will exceed $400,000. Future bonuses will be influenced by sales success and client satisfaction.
